Shipping policy

Processing — In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized and verified (excluding weekends/holidays). E-motos and other freight-class items may take longer due to carrier scheduling and fraud-prevention checks.

Shipping cost — Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item and your location. We do not offer free shipping on e-motos. Bikes and oversized items ship by freight/LTL; parts and accessories ship by standard parcel.

Sales tax — Sales tax is calculated at checkout by your shipping address. Orders shipped outside California are not charged sales tax.

High-value verification — To prevent fraud, larger orders may require extra verification (ID confirmation, payment validation, or a quick call). If we can't verify an order, we may cancel it and refund you.

Freight deliveries — Freight shipments may require a delivery appointment, adult signature, liftgate, or residential/limited-access fees. You're responsible for coordinating with the carrier and being available to receive the bike. Missed appointments, refusals, or redeliveries can incur storage, redelivery, or return-freight fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Accurate address — Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or losses from incorrect or incomplete addresses, and changes after processing may not be possible.

Delivery & risk of loss — Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery to the address provided. If a carrier marks a shipment delivered or available for pickup, it's considered delivered.

Damage or shortage — Inspect every shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the freight receipt before signing. For concealed damage, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. 

Transit & tracking — Transit estimates at checkout aren't guaranteed; carrier delays (weather, holidays, routing) are outside our control. Tracking is provided when available.
