E-Motos (Electric Bikes): All Sales Final
Due to the nature of these vehicles, all e-moto and e-bike sales are final — we do not accept returns or issue refunds on electric bikes. Not sure which bike is right for you? Reach out before you buy and we'll help you choose.

Parts & Accessories: 14-Day Returns
Unused parts and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email sales@untamedracing.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong one. Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. No restocking fee.
